Both features known from RFEM 5, "Area Load on Members via Planes" and "Area Load on Members via Cells", can be found in RFEM 6 in the load wizard "Member Loads from Area Load". You can either define planes via nodes (marked in green in the image) or select the cells (marked in blue in the image).
